About Our Clinic
Why do you have password-protected areas on our website?
|
Our professional governing body requires that we have a veterinary client relationship with individuals before communicating certain information to them. These are the areas that require you to enter your client password.

What are your hours of operation?
|
Our regular business hours are:
Monday & Thursday 8am - 8pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 8am-7pm
Friday 8am - 6:45pm
We work on an appointment basis ONLY. Please call our reception and book an appointment at your convenience.

What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open?

There is also an animal emergency clinic in Whitby, located at Dundas and Garrard. Please refer to the yellow pages for the address and phone number of that facility.

How do I get my password?
|
If you are a client of our clinic, you may obtain your client password by calling our clinic directly at 905-430-2644 or by e-mailing our clinic at brockstreetanimalhospital@gmail.com. Our staff will confirm your association as a client and provide you with the password.
